About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full EMEA event operations lifecycle, from request review to execution and post-event handling
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure alignment on requirements, SLAs, and internal processes
  • Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipments, material handling, and inventory health
  • Design and implement scalable workflows and process documentation to optimize event operations
  • Act as the lead troubleshooter for marketing and sales teams to resolve urgent operational challenges

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent high-level professional experience
  • 10+ years of experience in operational coordination, vendor management, or project management
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end logistics, including inventory, asset management, and purchasing workflows
  • Strong skills in process design and the ability to document complex workflows into clear guidelines
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify technical or operational complexity
