About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide insights to support long-range planning processes and top-down seasonal sales, margin, and inventory strategies.
  • Collaborate with DTC Buying, Merchandising, and Wholesale Account teams to align demand forecasts with seasonal product strategies.
  • Create EMEA option-level demand plans for seasonal product categories to improve sell-in accuracy.
  • Execute the Integrated Demand Planning (IDP) process to ensure product demand plans reconcile against channel demand.
  • Contribute demand insights into the seasonal range planning process, including option counts and volume segmentation.
  • Support the quantification of seasonal buy recommendations and pass consolidated buys to the Planning Operations team.
  • Implement new systems and processes to increase team efficiency and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in wholesale planning, demand planning, or merchandise planning within fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Expertise in demand and wholesale planning with a strong understanding of demand-driven merchandise financials.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making to optimize buying strategies.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Merchandising, DTC, Wholesale, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to critically assess complex solutions.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or retail preferred.
