About the Company

At Sierra, we’re creating a platform to help businesses build better, more human customer experiences with AI. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices in Atlanta, New York, London, Paris, Madrid, Munich, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard for great comms in a hyper growth, founder-led company
• Work cross functionally to raise awareness of Sierra externally
• Maintain overall responsibility for social media, press, and public speaking
• Act as a key part of the Marcomms team, pitching in as needed

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial and scrappy mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to move quickly and remain poised under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of press and social media from business, government, or journalism
• Good judgement and professionalism with sensitive initiatives
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record working in a fast paced tech company
• Knowledge of different European media markets (UK, France, Spain, Germany)
