EMEA Communications Intern

Responsibilities

• Support programme coordination, management, delivery, and reporting
• Create and review content across PR, customer marketing, internal communications, and social media
• Support agency management processes to ensure programme success
• Liaise with corporate PR, customer marketing, and social media teams
• Maintain documentation and manage team logistics
• Track media coverage and utilize PR measurement tools for reporting
• Provide logistical support for PR activities, events, customer videos, and in-person activations
• Monitor social media and handle escalations

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Media Management, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
• Available for a one-year placement
• Based in London or able to travel to the London office
• Strong interest in marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Highly organized with strong project and time management skills
• Creative spark for messaging, storytelling, and content creation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing tools such as Canva, Salesforce, Wrike, WordPress, or social management platforms
• Fluency in French or German
