About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead an integrated communications and PR strategy across key European, Middle East, and Asia markets.
  • Shape and elevate the profiles of regional Managing Partners and practice leaders through strategic media engagement and thought leadership.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier business, financial, and legal media (e.g., FT, Bloomberg, Reuters).
  • Serve as a senior advisor on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters, including crisis communications and reputational risk assessments.
  • Oversee the development of compelling, on-brand content including press releases, media statements, and messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, and Business Development teams to execute cross-border, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance content creation, audience segmentation, and media monitoring.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor EMEA-based communications professionals and manage external PR agencies.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in PR/Media.
  • At least 7 years in a communications leadership role.
  • Extensive experience developing communications strategies across multiple EMEA markets (UK, EU, Middle East, and Asia).
  • Well-established relationships with leading business, financial, and legal media across Europe.
  • Proven experience advising senior leaders on high-stakes, sensitive matters and crisis management.
  • Exceptional ability to craft clear, compelling narratives tailored to professional services.
  • Experience working within a complex, partnership-led environment (e.g., legal, professional services, or financial services).
  • Proficiency with media monitoring, sentiment analysis, and KPI frameworks.
