EMEA Channel Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive the EMEA webinar strategy by managing the regional event calendar and coordinating end-to-end execution.
• Partner with internal marketing teams and external speakers to curate engaging content and ensure brand alignment.
• Assist with the administration and management of quarterly MDF and Co-Op budgets.
• Act as a primary consultant for EMEA channel partners regarding co-marketing funds, from project planning to claim reimbursements.
• Spearhead the curation and distribution of regional marketing and event newsletters.
• Manage incoming communications and partner inquiries to resolve roadblocks and enhance the partner experience.

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent English (C1 level minimum) with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience in marketing, business, or project coordination (e.g., internships or early-career roles).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for budget tracking and data management.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate multiple digital platforms and webinar tools.
