EMEA Cash Equities High Touch RTB

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain critical technology infrastructure to minimize operational disruption for EMEA Cash Equities.
• Provide technical support for service management to resolve complex issues and develop improved support models.
• Execute preventative maintenance on hardware and software using monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze system logs, error messages, and user reports to identify and resolve root causes of hardware, software, and network issues.
• Drive automation and monitoring enhancements to improve stability and operational efficiency.
• Manage capacity, resiliency, and business continuity to ensure service reliability.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge base of resolved cases to facilitate knowledge sharing and self-service.
• Identify and remediate potential service-impacting risks and manage stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• In-depth technical knowledge and experience in infrastructure support or service management.
• Proven ability to perform system log and error message analysis to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience with preventative maintenance of hardware and software components.
• Strong skills in automation, monitoring enhancement, and capacity management.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate with various business functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make evaluative judgments based on factual information.
