Embroidery Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various embroidery sewing machines to produce quality products
• Digitize, edit, and save computer files to disks
• Set up machines, threads, garments, and programs designs into machines
• Sew out samples and obtain proof from Account Manager
• Run machines to meet production standards and timelines
• Trim, count, check, and package garments
• Perform machine maintenance including cleaning, oiling, and changing needles
• Maintain thread inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements

• Experience with embroidery sewing machines or willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for the duration of a workday
• Ability to work both in a production team and individually
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
