Embroidery Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain assigned decoration equipment including embroidery, debossing, heat transfer, and screen printing
• Run daily production against output and quality targets
• Inspect finished pieces against job specs for placement, registration, color, and construction
• Identify and resolve defects or escalate to Lead when needed
• Execute job changeovers using setup sheets and decoration specs
• Perform pre-shift machine readiness checks, cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance
• Handle first-level troubleshooting on equipment
• Log output counts, defects, and downtime in the production system
• Support finishing work including trimming, folding, tagging, and packing

Requirements

• Experience in garment decoration, embroidery, apparel construction, or related production
• Strong attention to detail regarding placement, registration, and color
• Ability to follow SOPs consistently
• Reliable and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the entirety of a shift
• Ability to work in a production environment with machinery noise and variable temperatures
