Embroidery Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Interpret work orders and production instructions for accurate embroidery placement
• Set up embroidery machines with correct hoops, thread colors, and backing materials
• Upload logos and artwork using Pulse software
• Operate commercial multi-head embroidery machines safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine performance and perform thread or bobbin changes
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform light finishing work including steaming and trimming threads
• Fold, package, and prepare completed orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous embroidery, screen printing, sewing, textile, or manufacturing experience
• Experience operating commercial embroidery equipment
• Familiarity with Pulse or other embroidery software
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
