Embedded Threat Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source intelligence analysis on technical topics to deliver actionable insights.
• Identify trends and assess intelligence quality to meet customer needs.
• Apply U.S. Intelligence Community tradecraft standards in all analytical work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists and technical experts, to support mission objectives.
• Produce clear, concise analytical reports and assessments tailored to technical staff.
• Prepare and deliver briefings that effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
• Engage with customers to clarify intelligence requirements and ensure mission satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and scientific/engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q and SCI security clearance (may require a polygraph).
• Proficiency in all-source analytic tradecraft, tools, and software.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills for briefing research or intelligence products.
• Ability to work onsite in Albuquerque, NM.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a highly related field involving independent research (e.g., thesis or dissertation).
• Experience working with federal sponsors in the defense and intelligence sectors.
• Experience within the aerospace industry or space systems.
• Operational intelligence support experience with civilian or military intelligence organizations.
• Ability to synthesize insights from multiple data streams, including technical, economic, and policy data.
