Embedded Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop firmware and software for low-power microcontrollers
• Work with customized embedded systems from conception to implementation
• Program in C and C++ for real-time systems
• Integrate and test functionalities in proprietary hardware devices
• Participate in the design of embedded systems architecture
• Collaborate with hardware, testing, and product teams
• Document development and contribute to continuous process improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in firmware development for microcontrollers
• Solid knowledge of C and C++ for embedded systems
• Experience with low-power systems and energy optimization
• Ability to interpret electronic schematics
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience with the Zephyr real-time operating system
• Knowledge of debugging and tracing tools in embedded systems
• Experience with certification processes and regulatory requirements
• Contributions to open-source projects or the Zephyr ecosystem
