Embedded Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and validate embedded functions for vehicle applications
• Develop vehicle control functions using MATLAB® Simulink® including state machines and fault-management logic
• Create embedded software for steering, braking, propulsion, and vehicle control systems
• Generate production-ready code from models for integration into embedded platforms
• Support simulation (MIL), HIL, and vehicle validation activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer, Software, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Robotics
• 5 years of experience in embedded software development
• Proficiency with MATLAB® and Simulink®
• Understanding of Model-Based Design principles
• Familiarity with embedded C development
• Knowledge of CAN, Ethernet communication, and embedded systems fundamentals
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French
• Interest in automotive, autonomous vehicles, or robotics
