Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Implement appropriate tools, technologies, standards, and processes to enhance efficiency
• Establish and enforce coding standards in collaboration with customers
• Plan and drive defect prevention activities at the project level
• Ensure proper configuration management and documentation of all project artefacts
• Conduct regular reviews of software development activities and authorize deliverables
• Manage and approve intermediate deliverables and patch releases
• Provide weekly status reports and lead discussions with stakeholders and customers
• Proactively manage and communicate status, issues, and risks
• Ensure team adherence to quality, security, and operational resilience requirements

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in embedded systems project management
• Strong understanding of embedded product development lifecycle, tools, and processes
• Proven track record in managing large-scale embedded projects
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in managing risks, issues, and change management processes
• Familiarity with defect prevention, release management, and configuration management
