Embedded Industrial Systems Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational management of activities and act as a daily partner to the Project Director
• Serve as the primary client contact for financial aspects, service monitoring, staffing, and resource adequacy
• Manage planning and staffing to align available skills with project needs
• Produce and monitor operational and HR reporting, including KPI tracking
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including requirement qualification, offer drafting, and estimation
• Supervise consultant career paths including onboarding, integration, and mission follow-up
• Manage administrative tracking for the activity center including contracts and compliance
• Oversee consultant administrative tasks such as mission orders, clearances, and time tracking

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5)
• At least 6 years of professional experience
• Minimum 3 years in project management
• Proficiency in administrative monitoring of consultants
• Operational knowledge of pre-sales processes
