Embedded Firmware Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded C/C++ applications and middleware services on Linux-based PDU platforms
• Implement customer-facing features including outlet scheduling, power monitoring, and sensor integration
• Maintain networking protocols such as SNMP, Modbus TCP, MQTT, and HTTPS/REST APIs
• Integrate BSP/HAL APIs for hardware operations and support OTA/FOTA firmware update workflows
• Debug runtime issues involving networking, memory leaks, and IPC

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in embedded systems
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Embedded Linux development
• Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, MQTT, SNMP, Modbus) and hardware interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Yocto or Buildroot
• Experience with embedded web servers or web UI integration
• Experience with power infrastructure products or industrial devices
