Embedded Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Develop systems and software requirements derived from equipment-level requirements
• Identify and debug issues at the system level with a focus on aircraft systems and interfaces
• Troubleshoot issues arising from applications, flight testing, and verification & validation
• Participate in driving subsystem integration, simulation benches, and system-level testing
• Adhere to technical processes and participate in technical reviews to drive actions to closure
• Collaborate in an integrated working environment across global sites

Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
• 3 to 8 years of professional experience in Aerospace systems
• Hands-on experience in Model Based Development and C/C++ programming
• Strong understanding of Avionics Systems/Software design and development
• Experience with system-level testing, integration, and sub-system benches
• Knowledge of aerospace certification standards including DO-178B/C, ARP4754, and ARP4761

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Python, MATLAB, Simulink, and RTOS
• Experience with Configuration Management Systems such as Dimensions, CC/CQ, or BitBucket
• Proficiency with requirement management tools like DOORS
• Experience with Flight Control Systems
