Embedded Engineer (C/C++)

Responsibilities

• Develop application software for avionics systems within the Aerospace & Defence sector
• Perform software requirement analysis and define/update software architecture using Object Oriented methodologies
• Define and execute tests in a Host environment and perform static code analysis
• Support HW/SW integration activities and rig testing
• Prepare and issue formal documentation including SDD, SDP, and STP
• Participate in formal technical reviews

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Ada, C, and C++ programming languages
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented design techniques and UML
• Experience using compilers, debuggers, and similar tools in Windows and UNIX environments
• Familiarity with ApexAda Embedded (formerly IBM Rational Apex)
• Knowledge of Data Bus standards 1553 and 3910
• Experience with PBA Bus Analyser and DOORS
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel/mobility
