Email Strategist

Responsibilities

• Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategy for client accounts
• Manage daily operations including marketing calendars, content creation, and campaign deployment
• Build and manage automated email marketing programs with end-to-end tracking
• Execute A/B testing, measurement, and reporting to optimize performance
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand guidelines are met
• Provide monthly performance recommendations and lifecycle program insights to clients
• Partner cross-functionally with internal digital channels and utilize AI technologies to optimize processes

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in email marketing strategy, production, and campaign management
• Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Braze
• Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
• Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, and design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SMS marketing execution
• Experience working at a digital marketing agency
