Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the email calendar to monitor deployment requests and prevent audience conflicts
• Execute day-to-day email campaigns, including list imports, segmentation, scheduling, and reporting
• Refine existing email templates and create new ones to support growth initiatives
• Ensure all email components, such as links, personalization, and images, are functioning correctly
• Optimize templates for mobile responsiveness, dark-mode support, and various devices
• Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance and engagement
• Support design changes and troubleshoot template issues using HTML and CSS
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic initiatives are accurately reflected in campaigns

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in email marketing or a related field
• University or college degree in marketing or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience working directly with email marketing platforms and targeted segmentation
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email coding and best practices
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Sheets, and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
