Email Marketing Leader

Responsibilities

• Create and manage lifecycle automations and campaigns to increase retention, loyalty, and customer lifetime value
• Personalize communications across email, SMS, push, and other owned channels
• Use data and customer insights to build comprehensive segmentation
• Build, optimize, and scale customer journeys in platforms like SFMC, Klaviyo, or Braze
• Oversee marketing automation performance and expand owned channels
• Oversee email design and messaging best practices
• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in email and database marketing
• Proven track record in developing and analyzing automated customer journeys
• 2+ years experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze, Klaviyo, SFMC)
• Braze certifications strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
• Direct response marketing experience
• Experience with reward/subscription programs and loyalty flows
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Experience managing a small, cross-functional team
• Experience in the health or supplement space is an asset
