About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage copywriting, graphics, strategy, and optimisation for newsletters, product updates, and exclusive promotions
- Grow and manage LinkedIn presence and test new content formats; support YouTube and Twitter launch
- Own visual identity across all marketing channels
- Design, SEO, and UX optimisation for the website
- Measure and improve performance metrics across channels against challenging KPIs
- Manage paid advertising and PPC campaigns
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and share content with the audience
