Email Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Co-develop customer journey maps and translate them into email, SMS, and direct mail flows
• Implement advanced automation and segmentation strategies for acquisition and retention
• Manage end-to-end execution of one-time and recurring email campaigns, including technical setup and QA
• Manage segmentation, tagging, and deliverability hygiene within Klaviyo
• Optimize email deliverability architecture including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configurations
• Run continuous A/B tests on subject lines, segmentation, offers, and design elements
• Report on campaign and flow performance focusing on revenue, engagement, and deliverability metrics
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and external agencies to meet production timelines

Requirements

• 3-5 years of direct, hands-on email marketing experience, ideally in DTC or eCommerce
• Deep expertise in Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation, and reporting)
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision making
• Understanding of email deliverability fundamentals and best practices
• Strong project management and QA skills with high attention to detail
• Grasp of direct response marketing principles

• Basic HTML skills
• Copywriting skills
