Email Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic channel approach for Aritzia's portfolio of permission-based marketing channels, with a focus on email
• Identify, acquire, engage, and retain clients through lifecycle trigger and transactional campaigns
• Drive profitable traffic and revenue across the Website, App, and Retail channels
• Implement strategic segmentation, personalization, and testing to improve overall performance
• Develop churn mitigation and reactivation journeys to engender long-term loyalty
• Analyze and report on email marketing performance to surface actionable insights
• Assist with channel budgeting, forecasting, and investment strategies

Requirements

• Proven skills and experience in DTC Marketing, specifically related to email marketing
• Strong data analysis skills to optimize traffic, revenue, and loyalty
• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
