Email Channel Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segment databases, and maximise revenue opportunities from CRM and customer data
• Copywrite and design emails (with support from the Graphic Designer) to drive focus toward webinars and conferences
• Acquire and activate reactive leads and manage the marketing inbox to sell tickets and drive registrants
• Coordinate with the Content and Sales teams to ensure the right target groups are reached
• Continuously learn, test, and improve future campaigns and strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results
• UK work permit
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with strong attention to detail
• High sense of urgency, proactive ownership, and commitment to follow-through
