Email Campaign Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segment databases, and maximise revenue from our CRM and customer database
• Copywrite and design emails to drive focus toward webinars and conferences
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies
• Acquire and activate reactive leads
• Coordinate with the Content and Sales teams to ensure we reach the right target group
• Sell tickets and drive registrants by managing the marketing inbox

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results
• UK work permit
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with strong attention to detail
• High sense of urgency, ownership, and proactive follow-through
