Email Automation Manager

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage complex automated workflows within the Customer Engagement Platform
• Develop high-converting nurture streams tailored to key business verticals
• Own the end-to-end customer journey to identify and resolve friction points
• Develop onboarding sequences to convert sign-ups into mortgage applicants
• Build win-back and sunset strategies to re-engage dormant users
• Ensure seamless integration between CRM, Customer Engagement Platform, and internal databases
• Continuously iterate on journeys through rigorous A/B testing of subject lines, send times, and creative assets
• Establish dashboards to monitor KPIs including deliverability, engagement, and conversion rates

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM, or Marketing Automation
• Deep proficiency with a leading Customer Engagement Platform
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS for email templates
• Experience with API integrations and data architecture
• Proven track record of improving conversion and reactivation rates through automation
• Experience managing cross-channel journeys
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy compliance
