ELV Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and configure ELV systems including CCTV, access control (biometric/RFID), and audio-visual systems.
• Set up structured cabling for network and telecom systems.
• Install and configure automatic sliding doors, gate barriers, and PAVA systems according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for precise installations.
• Conduct routine maintenance, diagnose faults, and perform repairs to minimize system downtime.
• Maintain detailed records of installations and repairs and provide updates to project managers.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on system operation and maintenance.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in ELV systems, specifically with PAVA, sliding gates, and gate barriers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites across the UAE.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a valid MCC and SIRA Technician Card.
