ELV Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate ELV installation activities on-site, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Oversee the installation of systems including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA System, BMS, and Structured Cabling.
• Conduct system testing, configuration, and commissioning of installed equipment to ensure functional standards are met.
• Monitor subcontractors and technicians to ensure proper execution of installation and wiring works.
• Maintain site progress reports, inspection checklists, and testing documentation.
• Prepare as-built drawings and mark-up changes for final project documentation.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and service teams to resolve site-related issues.
• Implement HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices and ensure full safety compliance on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in ELV project execution and site supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, BMS, and Structured Cabling.
• Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Proven experience in testing, commissioning, and integration of ELV systems.
• Knowledge of HSE standards, safety compliance, and local authority regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
