ELV Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage ELV system works including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, BMS interfaces, and PA/GA.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope to ensure accurate execution.
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and work schedules.
• Supervise subcontractors and technicians to ensure quality, productivity, and compliance with HSE policies.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, IT, and main contractor teams to align ELV works with overall project schedules.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems.
• Prepare inspection reports, test results, and as-built documentation.
• Monitor material usage to minimize wastage and support cost control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in ELV systems within construction or engineering projects.
• Valid SIRA or ADMCC certifications.
• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, PA/GA, and BMS interfaces.
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, and system integration activities.
• Strong supervision and coordination skills for managing on-site teams and subcontractors.
