ELV Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and model ICT, Security, and ELV systems for diverse building types, including commercial, healthcare, transport, and data centers
• Develop layout drawings and schematic diagrams for systems such as IP CCTV, Access Control, and PAVA
• Perform IT and Telecom spatial requirement assessments and coordinate with stakeholders during early design stages
• Conduct Wi-Fi simulation studies and CCTV FOV coverage studies in accordance with local and international standards
• Create 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, participating in clash detection and resolution
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and QAQC procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in ICT, Security, and ELV systems
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and QAQC procedures
• Knowledge of international design standards (e.g., TIA/EIA, BS, BICSI) or regional standards (e.g., SIRA, ADMCC)

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to BIM360/ACC, Dynamo, or MicroStation
• Experience working on projects in the Middle East or other international markets
• Knowledge of automation tools for improving engineering productivity
