About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical preparation for special engineering facilities
- Review plans, coordinate with designers, and perform technical comparisons
- Request, technically inspect, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier offers
- Compile the technical content for subcontractor contracts
- Actively participate in the preparation of contracts
- Prepare calculations, offers, and conduct technical coordination
- Clarify technical questions arising during the tendering process
- Utilize the company's proprietary software
Requirements
- Higher education degree in civil engineering
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Professional experience in the construction industry is preferred
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
