ELK Developer & Administrator

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Elasticsearch-based solutions (v8.0+)
• Implement and manage Logstash pipelines for log ingestion and transformation
• Build advanced Kibana dashboards and visualizations
• Configure and manage Index Lifecycle Management (ILM) policies
• Implement scalable log management frameworks across applications and microservices
• Integrate APM solutions for performance monitoring
• Optimize search performance, indexing strategies, and cluster architecture
• Manage and maintain Elastic clusters in production environments
• Monitor cluster health, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure high availability
• Support on-call rosters and production issue resolution
• Deploy and manage Elastic infrastructure in AWS environments
• Work with Kubernetes (K8s) for containerized Elastic deployments
• Handle upgrades, scaling, backups, and disaster recovery strategies

Requirements

• Elasticsearch (v8.0 or above)
• Logstash advanced pipeline development
• Kibana dashboard creation and visualization
• Index Lifecycle Management (ILM)
• AWS cloud-native experience
• Kubernetes (K8s) for containerized deployments
• Experience managing Elastic Servers in production
• Expertise in Network, Security, and Application logs
• Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
• Experience with Microservices architecture logging

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Elasticsearch AI/ML capabilities (Vector Search, Machine Learning)
• Strong architectural mindset for scalable Elastic clusters
• Experience in high-availability and distributed system environments
