Elite Residential Finish Carpenter

Responsibilities

• Perform precision installation of high-end architectural details, including crown molding, decorative trim, baseboards, and casing.
• Build and install custom cabinetry, built-in shelving, wainscoting, and wall paneling.
• Execute complex joinery using miters, coped joints, and dovetails with extreme accuracy.
• Install interior doors, custom frames, stair railings, balusters, and fireplace mantels.
• Read and interpret architectural plans and mechanical drawings to ensure design accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with co-workers and follow both oral and written instructions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in high-end residential finish carpentry.
• Expert proficiency with hand tools and finish carpentry power tools.
• Deep knowledge of wood materials and how different species behave.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex construction plans.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proven track record of delivering flawless, high-quality workmanship.
