About the role
Responsibilities
- Dump and load railcars and trucks
- Operate grain dryers and assist with general grain handling
- Perform general housekeeping and maintenance duties as needed
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and the ADM Code of Conduct
- Maintain a commitment to a zero-injury culture
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in various weather conditions (heat, cold, dust)
- Ability to wear a respirator
- Ability to operate power industrial equipment
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends if needed
