Elevator Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of elevator equipment in the assigned area
• Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs to ensure continuous operation
• Maintain direct contact with customers to establish strong working relationships
• Proactively implement technical improvements and updates
• Advise customers on ways to improve equipment performance
• Comply with all established safety and environmental standards

Requirements

• Mandatory maintenance certificate (Certificado de mantenedor) or a relevant technical degree (CFGS in Industrial Mechatronics, Electromechanical Maintenance, or Industrial Equipment Maintenance)
• Valid IMAQ certifications in elevator installation, maintenance, or industrial machinery
• Engineering degree with an Industrial specialization is also valid
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Proficiency with electronic and digital tools

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in elevator maintenance or assembly
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to safety, ethics, and quality standards
