Elevator Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service regarding maintenance and manage emergency calls for equipment in the assigned area.
• Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
• Execute repairs and minor service orders requested by customers.
• Report anomalies, necessary preventive maintenance, or corrective actions to the Supervisor.
• Submit daily route reports and time logs for payroll processing.
• Support the resolution of technical elevator issues as required.
• Adhere to all company EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and quality guidelines.

Requirements

• Tertiary or professional degree in Electronic, Electrotechnical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar or related roles.
• Basic level of English.
• Strong orientation toward results and customer service.
• Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in multinational companies within the elevator or service sectors.
• Knowledge of various electronic technologies used in the elevator industry.
• Experience in the installation and modernization of elevators.
