Elevator Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform full maintenance, service visits, and inspections on elevators and escalators within the assigned territory.
• Manage a specific portfolio of equipment to ensure passenger safety and equipment reliability.
• Respond proactively and rapidly to faults to achieve first-time repair success.
• Execute minor repairs to ensure continuous equipment operation.
• Maintain direct contact with customers on-site to build and develop strong professional relationships.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid elevator technician certification (Patentino di abilitazione per impianti elevatori).
• Previous experience working in the elevator industry.
• Strong electrical and electronic technical skills.
• Proficiency in using digital and electronic tools.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
