Elevator Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform 100% of elevator maintenance, including routine service visits and inspections within the assigned territory
• Manage a portfolio of assigned elevator and escalator units to ensure passenger safety and functionality
• Respond proactively and rapidly to equipment failures, aiming for first-time repair success
• Execute minor repairs to ensure continuous equipment operation
• Maintain direct contact with customers on-site to build and develop strong professional relationships

Requirements

• Technical diploma or equivalent educational background
• Valid driver's license
• Elevator technician certification (Patentino di abilitazione per impianti elevatori)
• Previous experience in elevator maintenance
• Strong electrical and electronic technical skills
• Proficiency in using digital and electronic tools
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
