Elevator Maintenance Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with existing customers and manage the elevator unit portfolio
• Develop and manage new business opportunities for buildings and apartments through site visits
• Drive sales for repairs and remodeling through networking and bidding processes
• Develop individual sales strategies to achieve targets and generate profitability
• Utilize Otis sales tools to establish and execute plans for meeting sales objectives
• Manage sales orders, margins, revenue, and accounts receivable

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a 4-year university
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive and positive mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Major in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Elevator) or Business/Commerce
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or the elevator industry
• Previous experience in maintenance sales or relevant internships
