Elevator and Escalator Installation Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Install new elevators and escalators with high quality and efficiency
• Perform inspections before and after installation to ensure safety and quality standards
• Follow all environmental health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate directly with customers on-site to build positive working relationships
• Coordinate with sales, clients, and partner companies to ensure smooth project execution
• Travel to various sites as required by the project schedule

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings
• Mathematical proficiency for technical calculations
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel and potential for future relocation
• Interest in pursuing a long-term career in elevator installation

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the installation of elevators or escalators
• Enthusiasm for learning new technical products and emerging technologies
