Elementary Math Instructor

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, small-group mathematics classes using company-created curriculum designed for advanced students
• Actively involve students in student-led learning and collaborative problem-solving
• Manage classroom environments of up to 16 students effectively
• Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback on tests
• Build strong relationships with students and families to support their educational journey
• Inspire a love for mathematics and critical thinking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required (STEM or education field strongly preferred)
• Strong content knowledge in mathematics
• Availability for weekday evenings (starting as early as 4pm) and/or weekends
• Ability to work onsite at our Northbrook, IL campus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications

• K-12 teaching or tutoring experience
• Experience working with advanced or gifted learners
