Elementary Math Instructor

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging math curriculum using company-created materials designed for advanced students
• Lead small-group classes (up to 16 students) and facilitate student-led learning
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively to maintain an engaging environment
• Grade assessments and provide constructive feedback to students
• Build positive relationships with students and families to support their educational journey
• Inspire a love for critical thinking and mathematical problem-solving

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Strong content knowledge in mathematics
• Experience teaching or tutoring students
• Ability to work onsite at our Irvine, CA campus
• Availability for weekday evening and/or weekend hours (afterschool program)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related or educational field
• K-12 classroom teaching experience
