Elektroniker/Elektrotechniker (m/w/d) für CAE

Responsibilities

• Design and parameterize symbols for electronic components according to current standards and norms
• Create cell descriptions including footprints, 3D views, pads, solder masks, and mechanical parameters
• Maintain the current component library and manage the transfer of existing data into new formats
• Support the connection to PLM systems, ideally through the creation of scripts or macros
• Provide cross-departmental support to circuit developers regarding component technology and library management
• Take on PCB layout tasks as part of future professional development

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or technician certification in electrical engineering, electronics, or a comparable qualification
• Experience with Siemens/Mentor Xpedition or similar PCB design tools is highly desirable
• Systematic way of thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Strong team spirit and communicative skills to coordinate effectively across locations
