Responsibilities

• Complete a 3.5-year apprenticeship program starting with a 5-month foundational training in an inter-company workshop
• Learn core metalworking skills including turning, milling, drilling, and sawing
• Master electrical engineering fundamentals such as current, voltage, and power
• Rotate through various departments including plant maintenance, control cabinet construction, and industrial automation
• Gain practical experience in the technical data center (IT) and electrical design
• Prepare for and complete two parts of the official certification examinations

Requirements

• Strong interest in electronics and modern technology
• Good secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss or Realschulabschluss)
• Good grades in mathematics, physics, and technology
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Reliability and a proactive learning attitude
