Elektroniker für Automatisierungs-/Betriebstechnik

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and inspection activities on production equipment, including process control technology (PLT) facilities.
• Conduct troubleshooting and error correction on electrotechnical and measurement equipment, PLCs, and computer-supported systems.
• Support the commissioning, qualification, and validation of production and filling lines.
• Execute calibrations and tests on quality- and safety-relevant equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
• Supervise and instruct external service providers during on-site activities.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintain relevant documentation.
• Work within cleanroom environments (Class C and D).

Requirements

• Technical training as an Electronics Technician for Automation or Industrial Engineering (Elektroniker für Automatisierungs- oder Betriebstechnik) or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience working within GMP-regulated processes.
• Professional experience with production and packaging equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluency in German.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotating shift system, including weekends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
