Responsibilities

• Perform desoldering and resoldering of BGA components using modern rework stations
• Execute precision micro-soldering tasks under a stereo microscope
• Conduct quality control by inspecting hidden solder joints using X-ray technology
• Operate Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems and evaluate inspection images
• Repair faulty assemblies and printed circuit boards for both production and customer service

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician or Mechatronics Technician
• Proven experience in BGA rework and working under a microscope
• Knowledge of rework stations, X-ray inspection, and AOI technology
• High level of concentration, excellent fine motor skills, and strong quality awareness
• Strong willingness to learn and ability to work effectively in a team
