Electroplaste

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and control electrolytic baths
• Operate and monitor automated galvanic treatment installations
• Perform post-treatment washing and surface finishing work
• Determine electrolyte components and calculate required chemical quantities
• Adjust and calibrate equipment, devices, and machinery
• Maintain technical installations and ensure proper functioning
• Calculate surface treatment data including pretreatment, current density, and deposition duration
• Inspect treated components to detect and remedy anomalies
• Manage chemical stocks and waste disposal

Requirements

• CFC Electroplaste or equivalent qualification
• Experience in industrial surface treatment
• Strong knowledge of chemical safety protocols
• Methodical, organized, and rigorous approach to work
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously with a focus on quality
