Electroplaste

Responsibilities

• Supervise electroplating equipment and manage production series changes
• Intervene with operators to resolve technical issues
• Support management, continuous improvement, and problem-solving processes
• Train, support, and provide coverage for production operators
• Assist the electroplater apprentice trainer and provide support as needed

Requirements

• CFC d'électroplaste (Electroplater certification)
• Strong knowledge and mastery of production equipment
• Proficiency in basic problem-solving tools
• Proficiency in office software
• Leadership skills with a methodical and proactive approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
