Electronics/Test Bench Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as a test bench specialist on various client projects or ALTEN-led projects
• Provide technical expertise during pre-sales phases, including needs analysis and technical response development
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Electronic expertise development strategy
• Dynamize the Electronic Skills Community through knowledge sharing, training organization, and technical support
• Participate in the technical qualification of candidates during recruitment processes

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in electronics or software
• Minimum 3 years of experience in development or design of complex products and boards
• Expertise in defining and implementing test benches and strategies for complex electronic systems
• Proficiency in automating and optimizing test sequences under TESTAND
• Experience with Python for driver development and software integration for testing
• Knowledge of strict validation standards such as DO-254 or ISO 26262
• Mastery of aeronautical and industrial standards (EMC/EMI, environmental qualification)
• Fluency in English (written and oral)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technical training (module creation, coaching, and event animation)
• Experience with Agile development and continuous integration
